Love your channel and the knowledge you bring to the baseball/softball community. I've learned a lot about the sport I would not have otherwise thanks to you. I do think over the long run that fully immersing gloves for water forming is a bad idea. While you are able to replace the oil lost from soaking on the exposed portions of the glove, all the hidden laces and stitched areas are going to be weakened as a result of the oil loss. I would also have some concerns with mold/mildew since leather is organic and most gloves probably have a bunch of bacteria already floating around in them from our hands. I think the massage-gun option mentioned by another commenter is the safer, albeit more time-consuming route. Just my un-asked-for opinion, keep up the good work!
